TITAN™ Fuel Tanks utilize common sense design features, which simplify installation. They reuse most of the stock components, including the existing sending unit. The tank itself is nearly indestructible, but light enough to be hefted by one or two people. While a vehicle hoist and transmission jack are ideal, hand tools will get the job done.

2011 FORD Crew Cab, Short Bed-SUPER SERIES (7020211)
50 Gallon extra heavy duty midship replacement fuel tank for 2011 FORD pickups with Crew Cabs and 6 ½ ft beds.  Tank is constructed of military grade cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE).  Tank comes complete with powder-coated steel mounting strap set, extruded rubber mounting bushings and accessories.  Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design.  This new TITAN Tank hangs approximately only 1” below bottom of stock tank shield bracket. Very similar in appearance to original equipment tank.  Introduction first ship date: Approximately October 15, 2010.

Recommended if tank is to be subjected to off-highway use.  Molded from .250” tough black HMWPE, it is formed to fit the bottom of the tank.  If tank is ordered with the TITAN™ Shield, rubber mounting bushings are not included.  Freight on the TITAN™ Shield is no charge when ordered with a tank; if not ordered with a tank an additional $67.00 (Fed Ex Ground) freight charge will apply.

The tank NOW includes a heavy-gauge steel nose skid plate. This plate protects the transmission and transfer case of your vehicle as well as supports and secures the large tank in place. 029901 - FORD, F450 Long Bed Tank Adaption Kit
This kit allows the TITAN Crew Cab, Long Bed---Super Series—Oversized Fuel Tank (7020308) to be mounted into the 2008-2009 F450, Long Bed truck. The tank CAN be mounted in the truck WITH the extruded aluminum carrier bearing bracket. Kit must be used for tank to be mounted in the F450.

029902 - FORD, Fuel Line Extention Kit
- Required for some 2008 and newer Ford trucks when installing a TITAN fuel tank. On a few vehicles the existing fuel lines come up approximately 6 inches short. This kit extends the suction and the return lines a little over 6 inches and easily “click” into place, easily completing the installation.
